Delete your Hazinova account
You can delete your Hazinova account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: In the app
- Open the Hazinova app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Before deleting, you can request a copy of your data in Settings, and hand public stories to a family or community group if you want them kept.
Option 2: By email
Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to Hazinova, with the subject "Delete my Hazinova account". We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it, and we will reply once your account is deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name, language, photo).
- Your private stories, voice recordings and photos, voice replies, comments, reactions and listens.
- Your optional approximate location, if you turned it on.
- Public stories are removed unless you hand them to a family or community group first.
What we may keep
Records we must keep by law, such as payment records for tips, are retained only for as long as required, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
